Tyler hated being the new kid. He hated that feeling you got when people watched you and judged you as you walked in to the classroom, carrying your transfer papers. It was somehow worse being the new guy, as opposed to the new girl like his sister. Guys either sunk or swam in school; and part of that depended on how many girls you screwed and how many points you won on whatever team you played on. But even that had it's complications, if you happened to hit on the wrong girl, or be better at whatever position than the popular kid at school, then you mays well not bother showing up. High school sucked. But at least Tyler, and his twin sister Delilah were in their final year.
He walked down the hall and stopped at the locker which had been assigned to him, he fiddled with the lock and it opened with a large clunk. He pushed inside, his gym kit and a bag with his books; making sure he had his timetable, a pen, and a notebook with him. He closed and relocked the locker before glancing at the clock as the bell rang, signaling he was going to be late.
Not that punctuality was that important for him, but still he didn't want to walk in late on his first day. So he jogged to his science lab, and pushed open the door, only to find he was one of the first in. He moved to a desk near the window, and sat on he uncomfortably hard plastic seat. The class filled in, and most people were chatting and laughing. His eyes clung to the legs of a beautiful blonde as she deliberately bent down to get attention. A smirk settled on his lips; least Florida had some pretty girls to keep him occupied.
Tyler pulled out his cell phone and began to text his ex girlfriend, Sophie, he missed her but it seemed she was quickly moving on from him. It was expected but disappointing, but their mutual break up had opened up new opportunities for exploration- something he definitely wasn't going to complain about.

These word's are strapped inside my headT E L L M E T O R U N B E F O R E I'M D E A D ⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂ Melody sighed as she pulled into the school parking lot, finding her normal space still empty. She would have been here earlier, and actually on time, if she could have found her car keys that morning. But as fate would have it, she didn't remember where she had put them so she had to search the whole house. She got out of her car and headed into the school, stopping by the front desk to pick up a tardy slip, not that she really cared, but it was whatever.
She headed to her locker to get her books. She put her backpack in her locker and grabbed her science book and notebook, slamming the locker shut behind her. She headed to her class and opened the door to the room. She smiled lightly at the teacher, holding up her tardy slip. "Glad that you could join us, Ms. Black," He said.
"My car keys decided to play hide-and-go seek with me this morning," She said simply as she found an empty desk in the back and walked over to it, setting her books down. "I couldn't very well leave until I found them. It's not like I am going to hot wire my own car."
She smiled at the teacher again as he turned back to the attendance that he had been in the middle of taking. She quickly unbuttoned and unzipped her jacket before she sat down. The outfit she wore was a little on the blah side without the jacket, but she shrugged. She would slip it on again after class and everything would be as good as pie. She opened her clutch and pulled out her phone, making sure that it was on silent before she began her day of texting. She never really paid attention in class, but she still did well and that was all that mattered.

Tyler was busy texting when the door closed, and their teacher began talking. Science really wasn’t his thing, in fact school wasn’t his thing all together. He was definitely in a world of his own when the teacher began talking to some girl Miss Black, or something, when she was seemingly late for his class. He tore his glance away from the window, only to catch a glimpse of her jacket walk by him and take a seat further back. Their teacher began to pair them up for some project; if there was something that he hated more than science in general, it was science projects. A large sigh escaped his lips, and as his name was read out; he was paired with a Melody Black. It was ironic, he thought; given that was the exact name of his ex best friend back in New York, well before she upped and left never to be seen again. Hence the ex part. Anyway, it caused him to smirk, as he stood up and turned to go sit near her.
Only when he turned around and was greeted with Melody Black, his eyes widened in shock and he stopped in his tracks. ”Mel…” He stated his voice only coming out as a whisper. Tyler hadn’t ever expected to see her again, and yet she was stood in front of him, in his school, in his science class… his partner for their project. He laughed a little as he made his way over to her, setting her notebook down on the desk and pulling up a chair. He kind of wanted to hug her; but how did you hug someone you’d not seen in so long? How could you touch someone you barely knew anymore? Tyler leant over the desk and ran his hand over his head before looking up at her. ”Melody Black, what the hell are you doing here?” He asked her laughing a little. He felt awkward, she could have gotten in touch with him, but she’d obviously chosen not to.
The teacher walked up in between their desks and put the project sheets on to the desks. He took the project and flicked through it, before looking at Melody. He’d been totally into her but she’d not had a clue, and when he did have the guts to tell her; she’d disappeared. So they’d only ever been best friends. ”So you been hiding in Florida all this time?” He asked her curiously, leaning back in his chair as he folded his arms across his chest. He adjusted the collar of his white polo shirt and sighed. ”So this is weird…”

These word's are strapped inside my headT E L L M E T O R U N B E F O R E I'M D E A D ⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂ Melody sighed gently as the teacher announced that he was going to break them into groups of twos to work on a project. She hated science projects, with a passion. She pocketed her phone as she waited patiently for the teacher to call her name and who her partner was.
Tyler Mason? Why did that name sound so familiar. She looked around the room and noticed that everyone was beginning to move into their assigned groups. She stood up from her own desk and looked ahead, only to come face to face with her best friend from New York City. She couldn't help but smile as he made his way over to her and set his stuff on her desk to get his own chair. She sat back down as she watched him, in shock and very surprised.
The last time that she had seen Tyler was a few days before her parents had shipped her down here to live with her aunt and uncle. She hadn't seen or spoken to him since, to embarrassed to tell him where she had gone and why. Still, it was weird to see him here, in her school, in her town. What was he doing here?
She watched as he sat down and leaned towards her, asking her what she was doing here. She shrugged gently and smiled lightly. "I could ask you the same exact thing, Tyler Mason," She said to him. She sat up straight when the teacher set the worksheet on the table between them.
She took one of the papers off of the table and scanned it quickly. She looked up at him when he asked if she had been hiding out in Florida all this time. She shook her head. "I haven't been hiding out here," She said to him, "But yeah, this is where I have been since I just up and disappeared." She looked back down at the paper and nodded. "Yeah. This is a little weird," She said in agreement.

Tyler raised an eyebrow as he tried to figure out what she was doing here in Florida. He'd heard plenty of rumors about why she'd left but he'd tried to remain neutral to it all. He'd been somewhat annoyed when Mel had disappeared, especially since he'd been ready to make the move. He looked at her and smiled, content with the fact that she could be back in his life again.
Mel didn't offer too many answers to the few questions he asked, but instead returned the question to him. "Yeah well my dad had an affair so I moved here with Dels and my mom. They are getting a divorce." It had been a bit of a shock when his parents had split up, but if he thought about it realistically, he should have expected it. His father was a plastic surgeon, and they had a reputation for being promiscuous.
Tyler raised an eyebrow as she confessed she'd been here in Florida since she disappeared. Her words ran through him and he shuddered a little. "Yeah so I think you kind of owe me an explanation, you just disappeared. We were meant to be going to that gig and I found out from my sister that you'd left town... What's that all about?" A smile sat on his face, although inside there was a burning irritation, and a desire to know the truth.
So she agreed their situation was weird and he couldn't deny the fact that he'd moved on and he didn't doubt that she had as well, but surely they could be friends again? "I've missed you Mel. It's nice to see you again... Like old times." He commented, knowing that she'd remember sitting with him in science in their old school. He ran a hand through his hair and laughed a little, he couldn't wait to tell Dels she was the only one who knew about his feelings for his best friend.
He started writing a few ideas on the project paper, mainly so it looked like they had started the work, the last thing he wanted was to get in trouble in his first day, his mother was stressed enough. "So you gonna give me the grand tour? Or is there some rules to say you can't be friends with the new guy?" He cocked an eyebrow with a smirk.

These word's are strapped inside my headT E L L M E T O R U N B E F O R E I'M D E A D ⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂ Melody studied him for a moment, taking in everything about him that she had forgotten since she had been down here. She had to admit that he looked good, not that he never did before, but he had really grown into his looks over the years. She was curious though about what people had been saying back in New York about her and she had to ask. "So, what are the rumors back home? About me?" She asked him.
She looked at him in shock when he had told her that her mom and dad were getting a divorce. They always seemed like the perfect couple, well from the outside anyways. "Wow Ty. I am sorry to hear that," She said. It felt weird to call him Ty. She hadn't spoken that nickname in so long. She was one of the few people he had ever allowed to do so too.
Melody could sense the irritation behind his words when he said that he deserved an explanation. She sighed. He was right. He did deserve to know why she had just up and left without a word. "You know my parents, do anything to avoid a sandal and ruin their 'flawless' reputation," She said. She knew he deserved more than that, but at the same time, she wasn't exactly sure how to just come out and tell him what she did. She blamed part of the reason on her pride.
She looked at him and nodded. "I missed you too, Ty. More than I realized until now," She told him. She couldn't help but laugh gently as she remembered all the trouble they had gotten into in their old science class. "I am pretty sure that science teacher hated us. And was glad when the building was still standing at the end of the year."
She shrugged. "I am pretty sure that I can give you the grand tour," He told her. "I am new enough where it really won't affect my reputation to much. I don't think it will at least. And well, if it does, I can always say that I was brainwashed into doing so." She teased lightly as she smiled at him.

Tyler shrugged, a smirk on his lips as she asked what the rumours were back home. ”Well, some people said you’d gone to rehab, a few others said you were pregnant and your parents sent you away so that no one would know.” He laughed before shaking his head. ”I didn’t believe them, but I still don’t understand why you left.” He was hoping she’d clear a few things up for him. They had been so close, and yet he’d had no idea where she’d gone or why. He’d felt pretty stupid not knowing. It kind of highlighted to him that she mustn’t have cared about him as much as he had for her. Tyler figured that she would somewhat be in shock when he told her about his parents. For some reason most people were. It was almost as though his parents had been the perfect couple in the public eye. ”Yeah thanks. Dels walked in on dad with some skank. I’m just pissed we had to move.” Tyler smiled at Melody as she used his nickname. He ran a hand over his hair and glanced at Melody. ”So does Florida compare to the upper east side?” He asked her curiously. Between the two of them they’d been two of the popular kids in school; well before she left.
He didn’t really care what had caused her to leave, surely it couldn’t have been enough to give her a good excuse to just cut all ties. ”Yeah I do. But I thought you could have text, or sent an email, an IM, a call… I thought I deserved that at least.” Ty decided just to put it out there, and although science class wasn’t exactly the right place to talk about it; there was no time like the present. ”You know, you can trust me… you could have trusted me back then Melody.” He urged her, wondering what he’d done not to deserve to be told the truth.
Tyler wasn’t that convinced that she had missed him but he nodded and smiled anyway. ”Yeah he did hate us. We barely done any work.” He smirked at her, remembering how things used to me. ”I guess it’s kind of fate that your partnered up with me again.” He laughed a little; she knew as well as he did that his parents both wanted and expected him to become a doctor. The only downside to it being, both Tyler and his Twin sister didn’t like school. Science had always been one of Tyler’s worst subjects, sitting with Melody had always made it so much easier.
He nodded as she claimed it wouldn’t affect her reputation. ”Oh really? Well I’ll have you know, I’m quite cool.” He smirked winking at her a little. She was really beautiful and so it would only be a matter of time before he developed what he felt for her again. Well, providing she was the same person, and he could learn to trust her again. ”So you gonna sit with me at lunch?” He asked her flirting slightly.

"Pregnancy and drugs?" She said and sighed dramatically. "You would think that with a reputation like mine in the school, they could come up with something more...unique. Something more me. But thank you for not believing the rumors."
She sighed gently knowing that he wanted her to tell him when she did. She knew it was a stupid reason for cutting ties with him, but again all she could blame was her pride. She prided herself on having flawless schemes and her last one hadn't gone off so flawlessly. "I did something stupid," She told him simply and shrugged.
She nodded at him. "I don't blame you for being mad that you had to move," She said. She thought for a minute and then shrugged. "It's not a bad place. Lots of cool people, but nothing like the Upper East Side. Well, the partying might be better, but the shopping is kind of lame."
Melody looked down at her desk and sighed gently. She nodded her head. "I know. I should have called, or emailed, or something. I should have let you know what happened and I am sorry that I didn't." She sighed again and looked back at him. "I guess that I was partly embarrassed and partly because all I wanted to do was go back and figured that keeping in touch would kill me because I wasn't there." She nodded again. "I know I can trust you. But my pride is being stubborn."
She nodded and laughed lightly. "Yeah. But we still managed to pass his class. It was a wonder within itself," She said. "I think your parents were even slightly surprised that we passes based on how often the teacher called them complaining about us. Yet he still always paired us together."
Melody laughed gently. "Ty? Cool? I never thought that I would see the day," She said jokingly. She looked at him and smiled. She nodded. "Yeah, I can sit with you at lunch. We do have a lot to catch up on."

Tyler smirked a little as she sighed dramatically. ”Yeah well, you know New Yorker’s have no imagination.” He shrugged his shoulders before he drummed his fingers across the desk. ”Yeah well, I’d have been a little surprised if I found out you went away because you were having a baby.” He remarked sarcastically, she was right though it really wasn’t her style. None of the rumours he’d heard really suited Melody. But then again, no one really knew her as well as he did, or had. ”Course I didn’t believe them Mel.”
He watched her as she told him she did something stupid, he shrugged his shoulders. ”Do you think I care what you did? Well I don’t Melody; I just want you to be okay.” He smiled and bit his bottom lip. He wasn’t cared about what she did, it was in the past, but he had been worried about her, and he’d missed her a whole lot.
Tyler nodded, ”I could have stayed in New York, but I couldn’t really leave Dels.” He told her honestly, Melody knew how close he was to his sister, so he knew she’d understand. He’d never been particularly fond of either of his parents but he disliked his father the most, so it wouldn’t really have made sense for him to stay in New York with him. ”Yeah, well shoppings not exactly my main hobby is it?” He laughed and then shrugged his shoulders, ”I guess the weathers a nice change.” He sighed, wondering if he would settle in.
There was so much tension between them, unresolved emotions but maybe just on his side. ”Yeah I was kind of worried about you. I mean I knew you’d be okay, but you kind of left me stranded… like I didn’t know what was going on.” He shrugged his shoulders, he wondered how she’d have felt had he have just upped and left her without a word. He knew he should be over it by now but he couldn’t help but feel disappointed in her excuse. ”Yeah you always were too stubborn.” He added, really wondering what could be so bad that she was embarrassed to tell him of all people. he was laid back and while he could be judgemental, he tried not to be.
Tyler smirked as he thought back to their old science lessons, they were like a duo; always expected to know where each other was, and people had known that they’d usually hang around together. ”We did have some fun though.” He confirmed with a nod of the head as he leant his head on his hand and glanced over at her. ”My parents probably paid him to pass us. They couldn’t have the son of two doctors failing.” Tyler joked rolling his eyes. It wasn’t that his parents were that proud, they were just really focused on their son and science.
Tyler smirked as Melody laughed, ”Yeah well, times have changed.” He winked and nudged her a little. ”Cool, you can introduce me to some girls huh?” Tyler joked, because in reality the only girl he wanted to get to know, was her. He remembered, as he looked at her smile, how much he’d loved her.

We seemed to have pretty big imaginations ourselves." She remembered all the things that her and Tyler would think up and couldn't help but laugh again. She nodded. "I would have been surprised too. My whole plan would have gone up in smoke."
She smiled at him and smiled lightly. "I am okay," She told him and then paused for a moment. "On most days. My aunt and uncle drive me crazy, but besides that, I am okay." She sighed gently when he said that he had been worried about her. "I'm sorry. I should have gotten in touch with you and all that. I knew that you wouldn't judge me or anything, but I don't know." She sighed again.
Melody nodded. "Yeah. I couldn't imagine you and Delilah living in separate houses, let alone states. That would just be weird." She laughed gently and shook her head. "No, shopping really wasn't your thing. I remember you always complained when Delilah and I would make you come with us." She looked out the window. "Yeah, the weather is a nice change. I can work on my tan year round now."
She nodded. "We did have a lot of fun," she agreed as she smiled at him. She thought back to some of the situations that they got into together, but they always managed to make it out of them without getting into trouble. "And I don't doubt that your parents did that. He nodded, yep it was true; his imagination was pretty extensive, as was Melody’s. But Tyler had imagined that she’d have liked him back; surely that was just a bit more delusional than an imagination should have been. ”Yeah your not really the teenage mother type.” He smirked and shrugged his shoulders. ”There are a few girls we went to school with who are knocked up.” He informed her rolling his eyes, he wasn’t necessarily fond of teenage pregnancies but each to their own.
Tyler hadn’t met her aunt and uncle so he couldn’t really comment on how crazy they drove her, but if they were half as bad as his parents he could imagine that it would irritate her. ”So your parents… do you see them much?” He asked her curiously, his head tilted to the side as he listened to her. He shrugged his shoulders as she told him she should have stayed in touch. ”Well it’s in the past now.” He sighed, before looking at the rest of the class.
Tyler smiled as she spoke about his sister. ”Yeah I know, plus Dels caught our dad at it, so she needs me around… she’s vulnerable or something.” He tried to defend his position and while it wasn’t exactly the best state of defence it was at least something close to why he felt he had to be here. He smiled and shook his head, ”I don’t like having a tan and I don’t like shopping, your not doing a good job of selling this town to me.” He laughed.
He wasn’t sure it would be completely out of his parents remit to have his grades altered. He knew they were keen on him being a doctor, and in reality he wasn’t sure what he could do or would do. He didn’t really have any exceptional talents or aspirations but he was sure in time he’d develop some. ”So I only wanna get to know hot girls… I split from Sophie, remember… blonde hair, hot, when I moved here… so I’m totally on the rebound.” He laughed throwing in that he had a girlfriend just to see how she’d respond. ”So are you seeing anyone?”

I can't even comprehend having a kid this early into life," She said. She raised her eyebrow at him. "People we went to school with are pregnant? Wow. So which ones?" It didn't surprise her thought that some of their classmates were pregnant. With no restrictions, people went a little wild.
She sighed and looked down at her desk before she shrugged gently. "Not really. They don't come here much. I think I saw them for like a day this past summer. That is pretty much it. They don't come down here much," She told him. In a way, it wasn't that different then back in New York. She never saw her parents much then either.
"Awe, poor Delilah," She said, "God, that must have been horrible for her. Did she knock some sense into the skank she caught your dad with?" If she remembered anything about Delilah, she knew she would have beaten some sense into that girl for ruining her family. She shrugged gently at him when he said she was not selling the town to him. "I'm sorry. But like I said before, the partying is good here. It can rival the Upper East Side in that sense. I am not sure if that helps or hinders you into liking this town or not."

Tyler and Melody had similar views to each other on certain things and he couldn’t agree more that he really wouldn’t want a child this early in life. He suspected his parents wouldn’t really mind, given it would give them some purpose in his life, rather than acting like his personal bank card. It was true that the bank of mother and father, practically funded anything Tyler wanted to do, and as long as he with drew cash rather than charged it; they’d never know about the things he didn’t want them to. Like for example his newly lived cocaine habit. It had originally just started out as something he’d tested at a club back in New York, but when he was shipped to Florida, he decided it might be worth trying again. Something to keep him occupied, in a place where friends weren’t really his and his home had been countless over priced hotels. Ironically, Tyler had always disapproved of the use of drugs, mainly because he’d been sort of into sports; but here he was dappling with the big boys. He flicked from his thoughts about the small baggie of coke that sat neatly in his wallet; and back onto teenage pregnancy. ”Yeah… remember Maddie? And Cara? Well they are… and Josie had a boy two month back.” He shrugged, they weren’t exactly people they were close friends with but had been people they might party with now and again.
He wondered if she missed her parents, he was pretty confident that he wouldn’t miss his parents if they dropped him in another state. The way he looked at it, they’d be doing him a favour; providing they left him money of course. ”Yeah, well they were mostly away in the big apple. Do you care?” He asked her curiously. He couldn’t be certain since girls reacted to things differently to guys, although he was sure that she’d never seemed particularly close to them… or maybe his perception was all off. Not that it mattered, she wasn’t his friend to care about anymore.
Ty shrugged his shoulders as she spoke about Delilah; his twin sister. ”Yeah it was, she was so pissed. She hit the bitch. Not that it really stopped him. I think he’s still screwing her.” He sighed a little, not because he was devastated that his father was with another woman, but more at the fact that he’d had to change his lifestyle for a bimbo only a few years older than him. Truth be told, it didn’t really matter what Melody said about the town it wasn’t home, but it did contain her. So he was kind of won over by that. ”Yeah well, I guess it’s a bit of both… parties can be fun if the right people attend.” Tyler had always attended the right parties and events at home to stay with the popular group but here, well that was a different story. He didn’t really know anyone yet.
He nodded as she laughed at him, and claimed she could introduce him to some attractive girls. Well good because he needed something to make her jealous and realise that she was in love with him… delusional; yes but Tyler liked to consider it as optimistic. He sighed and rolled his eyes, ”Sophie was annoying but she had an amazing body.” He smirked, thinking briefly about his ex; she’d definitely be his booty call if he was ever in New York. His heart sank as she confessed she was dating someone. ”Brandon Steele. He sounds gay. No offense but its kind of a gay name.” He laughed holding his hands up, the way he would have mocked her choice in men back when they were friends. ”Do I get to meet him? You know I wont approve don’t you?” He smiled.

Melody thought back to the people that she knew from New York, trying to pin point exactly who Cara, Maddie, and Josie were. It took her a few minutes until she finally remembered them. "You know, I am not to surprised about that," She said to him, "They did sleep around a lot."
She thought for a moment, mulling over his question. In truth, not seeing her parents a lot was a common thing. They were hardly ever home back in New York and she barely saw them there. Here it was no different. After a minute, she shook her head. "No, I don't really care," she replied, "My aunt and uncle smoother me enough." She couldn't tell if the reason she was annoyed at her uncle and aunt was because they were like actual parents, the ones that she never had.
Melody nodded. "That is good for Dels. I don't blame her for hitting the skank," She said, "But if you don't mind me saying, your dad is an idiot." She thought for a minute of other reasons he should like it here and the parties. "If it helps at all, I go to most of the parties here. Well all the cool ones anyways."
She rolled her eyes lightly at him. "Is that all guys look for in a girl? An amazing body?" She asked him. She listened to Tyler say that her boyfriends name sounded like a gay guy's name. "Just don't let him hear you say that, he might beat you up. He isn't the friendliest person to the gay population." She smiled at him lightly. She nodded. "And you can meet him. He had practice this week, but maybe you can meet him this weekend. And you don't approve my boyfriends, just like I have never approved your girlfriends. Well, minus that one girl a few years ago."

Tyler shrugged his shoulders, slightly annoyed that Melody had made the assumptions. ”Yeah but Josie is engaged to Todd, and Maddie is with Shawn. Cara and Jay are sort of on and off. But they always have been.” He told her, thinking of Jay; one of his close friends who he’d left back in New York. He kept updated with the ins and outs of his friends life, but he didn’t really feel a part of it anymore. Just the way Melody wouldn’t feel a part of their old friends lives. Almost as though he was talking about strangers that she’d never met. ”I guess people change.” He stated almost referring to her more than anything, but he wasn’t that obvious.
He was pleased, that in some respects she didn’t care about her family. It was one of the sad things that happened to a lot of rich kids growing up on the Upper East side, they didn’t really know their parents because they were mostly just given money to do whatever they wanted while their parents took long holidays, and attended business parties. ”Do you get on with them?” He asked curiously. He didn’t really get on with any of his extended family, mainly because they lived in other states and he didn’t know or see them often.
Melody laughed at the thought of Dels hitting his father’s skanky mistress. ”Yeah well, the slut wouldn’t even let us in our own house when we went to pack; she was scared of Delilah.” He was proud of his sister for responding the way she did. His father had been furious and had refused to say goodbye to them, only to ring them later begging them to come back. It was pathetic in his opinion. ”I don’t mind you saying at all.” She changed the subject which he was grateful of and he smiled at her, ”If you’d have said that when we were friends it would have helped, but right now… no offence but I don’t really know you anymore.” It was a harsh blow but it was true. He didn’t know her, and he didn’t know if getting to know her was a good idea. He knew his twin wouldn’t be happy if he fell back into his obsession with her.
Tyler shrugged, he didn’t see himself as being able to get any girl he wanted, and he couldn’t see why both Melody and his sister didn’t really like his ex. ”Yeah well, it was good. We had fun…” He confirmed, and it was the reason that he’d gone out with Sophie. For fun. He hadn’t wanted anything serious, because he’d still cared for Melody when they first got together, and Sophie was way too annoying for him to fall for. It made sense. Melody laughed and Tyler cocked his eyebrow. ”He’d beat the crap out of me? Yeah right.” He rolled his eyes. He wasn’t fantastic in a fight, he didn’t really fight; he’d never had to, and he really didn’t want to get on the wrong side of one of the jocks. ”So were gonna double date him so I can get to know him? Seriously Mel, that might be a bit weird.” He laughed a little, knowing that he really didn’t want to meet his competition just yet.
