the beach is velocity's finest feature and it's what draws in tourists. locals are familiar with the restaurants, shops and hotels down here and they go on for eighty streets.

most of the service stations are in the middle of the city but some are spread out among the neighborhoods, like certain fire stations and police ones.

this is generally where people will find what they need. the malls, shopping centers, and everything else is found here pretty much and it has the most city-like look with all of the tall buildings, whereas most of velocity is very much suburban.

there's at least one park in every neighborhood but then one central one with a huge play set and a circle that people use to jog frequently.
