Ryder Jason Grey is a normal teenager just trying to make it through life. He still lives with his parents at eighteen but is looking to find an apartment soon. He's lived in Velocity all of his life and he's really trying to get a scholarship in city as a Rugby player. Since his school doesn't have a legit Rugby team, he's having a hard time coming up with that opportunity. He's really good at Rugby, but he doesn't have much of a team to play for. Ryder has nothing to complain about in life really. He's had his fair share of girlfriends and his parents aren't mean to him. Yes, his dad pushes him in Rugby but that's a parent's job, right? Right. So Ryder doesn't have any emotional issues and he's pretty comfortable in his own skin. He's plenty confident in himself because on top of Rugby, Ryder does MMA on the side. He can take care of himself but he doesn't usually need to fight because he's HUGE. He stands at 6'7 and weighs in at 255 of pure muscle. He's quite the jock and he likes being big. He relies on his size to keep him out of fights because despite being huge and being a jock, Ryder doesn't like to get into fist fights with people. He's been in his fair share of them though.

Ryder Grey has extremely high standards. He doesn't drink or smoke but he doesn't look down on people that do. He's just afraid it'll mess up his chances of getting into a good school and mess up his Rugby playing. Ryder will have casual sex but he's not a slut. He doesn't drop his pants for just anybody and he doesn't do it constantly. Sex is just a treat for Ryder actually. Yes, he enjoys it but no, he doesn't have the time to have sex constantly like most of the boys seem to have at First Colonial. He cares about his grades and spends a lot of time doing his homework. Ryder wants to graduate with a 4.0 and a full-ride scholarship to a college. He laughs at the football players that think they're badass because they play football. He knows Rugby is harder to play and he also plays a little bit of lacrosse, but his preferred sport is Rugby. Ryder is a flirt, big time, but most the time he doesn't mean it. He just likes to joke around and have a good time. He's just a regular teenager. He doesn't have anything to complain about other than homework and not having a whole lot of time because he's trying to juggle two sports, grades, and a full-time job. He's a really nice guy but he's definitely cocky and loves to show off, especially for girls.

Ryder is not an only child. He's got two little sisters, both of them being in high school. One is a sopomore named Andie and the other is a freshman named Lily. Ryder is protective of them but not overly protective. He's always there for them when they're hurting and he's always going to be the guy that beats up the people that break their hearts. Fortunately for him, Lily isn't interested in dating at all and Andie is too focused on her homework to pay attention to boys. So Ryder doesn't have much to worry about in that department. He does play the role of an older brother for sure though. He's respectful to his parents. His dad is a Rugby coach in Utah so they never see him but his mom works at a diner. Needless to say, Ryder isn't rich but that's okay with him. Ryder works as a life guard at the beach and enjoys his job. He gets an awesome tan. Ryder has two dogs, Molly and Ranger. He also has a ball python named Lucy. His dog, Molly, goes EVERYWHERE with him....Except for school and Molly would go if he was allowed to take her. Ryder likes laser tag and paintballing - two of his favorite hobbies when he can find the time.
