Rylee Rae Carter grew up a normal kid, at least what she thought was a normal kid. From the time she was three months old, she had starred in more TV commercials and movies then she could count. As she grew older, more and more offers started coming in. Her parents, never ones to keep their daughter out of the spotlight or away from money at that, took as many offers as they could. Because of this, Rylee never attended a real school. She always had a tutor that came to her house or where ever she was and taught her. As she got older, Rylee developed a passion for music and not just listening to it. She loved to sing and write music. There was always something so therapeutic about it and allowed her to escape the reality of the film industry, which as time went by, started to become less fun. Still, never one to disappoint her parents, she continued to get in front of the camera, put a smile on her face, and act until she was blue in the face. That was until she turned seventeen and graduated high school (early mind you). She told her parents that she didn't want to act anymore and that she wanted to sing, write music, and produce other artists. Her parents laughed, but Rylee was adamant and against her parents wishes, she went out and signed with a label. It was going well until she turned twenty and her label decided to drop her. She hadn't written any new material in six months and her records weren't selling like they used to. Feeling alone, she decided to get away from Montreal and go to school to get a degree in music and producing. Wanting a small school, she settled on Velocity where it was small but she could at least enjoy the sunshine and the beach. That is what brings her here now, looking for a fresh start in an unfamiliar place, hoping that no one recognizes her. OTHER: Rylee, despite being a child star, is pretty grounded and down to earth. She doesn't act like she is above anyone because she is not. She is probably one of the sweetest and friendliest people you will ever meet. She also changes drastically, appearance wise. While her hair now is long, blonde she has been red and long, blonde and short, and red and short. She can go from looking girly to rocker chic in a matter of days. It really just depends on what kind of mood she is in.
