[atrb= border, 0, true] tristan julian sykes. auby | athletic Tristan has always been interested in sports and he’s pursued a lot of his time with them. He’s most passionate about fencing although he’s been known to commit himself to other sports as well. Tristan is the type of guy you see who gets really into gym class, to the extent where he’ll be angry with someone if they fail to catch a ball. He hangs out with the sporting guys quite a lot too, mainly due to the amount of time he spends with them. This suits Tristan quite perfectly since there’s not many things he’d rather do than choose to shower with a bunch of guys. He isn’t really shy about letting them know this either. proud Tristan is gay, or bisexual, he hasn’t really figured it out yet, but he’s very proud of this fact and he’s willing to battle anybody who thinks otherwise. Other than his sexuality, he’s otherwise quite proud. He walks with his head held high at least. It’s not that he’s excessively arrogant or anything, he’s just very hard working. If he wants something, whether a place on the football team, a grade or even a person he dedicates al lof his time to meeting that end so when he gets it, he’s pretty proud that he has it, and he lets people know. head over heels In love with Evan. Evan is Tristan’s best friend and he’s pretty much in love with him, and he has been for quite some time. Love is something that Tristan takes very seriously, he’s a romantic although most people don’t get to see this side to him, partly because he doesn’t want to be with anyone other than Evan, and secondly because one night stands don’t appeal to him. Because of this, Tristan is a virgin although he pretends he’s some experienced manwhore, experienced with both males and females. The reality is obviously a little bit different, and sometimes he finds that this lack of experience makes it difficult for him to relate to his friends. If they knew about his virginity, they would probably mock the hell out of him and put him under a crazy amount of peer pressure. Peer pressure is something that Tristan tends to avoid. serious The whole joke thing? Yeah, Tristan’s not really with it. His sense of humour is really quite dry, but otherwise he’s just really serious. Whenever he talks to people, he’s always very serious and so when they talk to him, he also assumes they’re being serious. Sarcasm is something that he actually hates and doesn’t really humour very well. If you say something sarcastic, Tristan will respond to it as if it weren’t sarcastic. Not because he’s an idiot, but more because he’s stubborn and thinks sarcasm should probably be extinct. Because of this some people probably think he’s both stupid and boring but Tristan doesn’t mind that too much, he has his own way of having fun like actually doing things, actions, as opposed to merely saying a few sweet lines that are meant to be funny. tolerance Or rather lack of. Tristan isn’t very tolerant or very patient. When he wants something done he wants it done quickly and if you try and slow him by being an idiot, he won’t respond too kindly. He’s very blunt and if someone’s annoying him, he’ll let them know exactly how he feels about them. manipulative Sort of. This derives from his hard working determination really. If he wants something, he will have it and he’ll tell you exactly what you want to hear to get it. He’s not exactly mean, and he doesn’t go out of his way to hurt people. He just wants his plans to be executed quickly and effectively, collateral damage to a minimum. Still collateral damage may still occur and there’s not really much Tristan will do to prevent that. committed When tristan's into something, he's incredible committed and somewhat loveable. He doesn't let people go easily or animals for that matter, given that he has six kittens he's obsessed with. It's just hard for people to see that side of him, the side that likes to show how much he adores people, and the side that likes to shower people in gifts just to see them smile. He tends to hold people at a distance unless he's distinctly interested in them. Performing with the Fermenting Undead always made Quinn feel pretty good about himself, especially when his dad wasn’t there to watch. He put his all into his music, it was as if his guitar became another part of him, but an important part like his heart or his lungs. Probably his heart. He just went wild on stage for a five song set, and for those songs passed by, he’d taken on a new lease of life, and he was finally comfortable in his skin, and in his life. He couldn’t help but grin as he watched their new singer, Denver’s replacement. Oliver was Quinton’s good friend, and his new make out buddy. Oliver just got him excited, ridiculously excited. He was excited about their prospects as a band, and that made him the happiest boy alive, so he could only express that through kissing Oliver and other things. He was straight but for his singer, but he didn’t really care about defining his sexuality. Quinton was a smart boy, he’d watched his father pull on the heart strings of the media, and he knew how to get attention; in fact, he was often criticised for being the world’s biggest attention seeker, and that was part of his plan with Oli. It was unusual for Quinton to finish a set by kissing the vocalist, but he wanted rumours to spread, and he wanted to drag in a fan base, he also wanted Meryl to feel a bit jealous. There was that lame song going about somewhere that told you to put a ring on it, well Quinn didn’t do relationships but he kind of wanted one with Meryl. If kissing boys was what it took to get her to take things to the next level, then he’d kiss boys. Within five minutes of performing, he’d given his guitar to the rest of his band and returned back to work. He was only actually a bartender because he hated relying upon his dad for money. The idea of asking his dad to help with his rent was a one that he’d consider, just after suicide. Plus working at the bar wasn’t too bad, he got to see a lot of cool bands, and he got to make a lot of contacts, and pick up a lot of stray girls in need of a bed. The uniform wasn’t even that bad either, a black tee with ‘the Viper room’ on and a pair of jeans. Naturally for Quinton they were so tight that they were probably too revealing but a customer hadn’t yet complained. He sighed behind the bar as he took a few orders. But within a few minutes of hard work the queue had subsided as the crowd had dispersed to the front for the next band. Over towering a lot of people, a feature he hadn’t got from his small father, he didn’t notice his manager anywhere in sight, and so he took off to the smoking area, his lungs craving a hit whilst the adrenaline from his gig still swam through his veins. He didn’t like to think he was addicted to smoking, but really he was. | male. eighteen. high school/senior. |
