Zoey was having a pretty rough night to say the least, the gossip blog had said some horrible things about her and it outted her and Dean’s relationship before they could even properly tell her brother, Brady. He reacted horribly, thanks to his detoxing, and had pretty much bashed all of his best friends, including Zoey’s. She hated this version of him, it made her sad seeing him yell and give death threats to people they were both close to. All she wanted was her big brother back and could only hope he’d return to her soon. He wasn’t even living with her anymore; their parents had kicked him out when they found out about the drug use. She missed him, even if he was scary right now, but she knew she couldn’t see or talk to him anytime soon. She had told Nate that she wouldn’t, not until he was back to normal. This Brady was irrational and hated the idea of her and Dean, and she could only hope that normal Brady would approve them. Her brother’s opinion had always meant a lot to her, ever since they were little, but nowadays, it was started to seem like he was controlling her.
She was glad that she didn’t lose Dean though, she was sad when Brady practically made her end it, but luckily Nate had talked some sense into. She loved him for it too; he was her very own wise wizard. Even if she did have Dean still though, she still didn’t have her brother and that still made her sad. She knew she wouldn’t be able to sleep; she never could when things were going on in her life. She didn’t want to call Dean to come over though, she needed someone else right now, her best friend, Stella. She had already texted and asked if she could go over and they could possibly have a sleepover, which Stella agreed to. Zoey had asked her mom to drop her off after she packed up her sleepover bag and she was standing at Stella’s doorstep in no time. She reached up and knocked on the door, waiting patiently, with her hello kitty on her back.
Stella’s mom opened the door and Zoey smiled, giving the woman a hug before running upstairs to Stella’s bedroom. Stella’s parents knew Zoey and had always treated her like a daughter, which Zoey loved, especially since she already viewed Stella as a sister. When she got to her best friend’s bedroom she helped herself inside, ”Stella!” she exclaimed as she walked inside and put her bag down, ”Hug me tight, I need a big bear hug,” she said opening her arms and pouting. She really did need a hug and pronto. WORDS: 459 TAGGED: dean NOTES: (:

It was a rough day for Stella. She wasn't able to see her boyfriend Nate as he had prior plans, she burnt herself curling her hair today, and to top it off Brady Richardson cussed her out online after she tried to defend the people that mattered in her life. In Stella's mind, the relationship between Dean and Zoey was worth saving and no drugged up best friend's brother would get in between it. Once he started to cuss out Nate, Stella lost it. Calmly explaining her side and trying to be level headed, she still got burned. Nateface was about to kill Brady for how he talked to her. Stella was an emotional mess right now as she was very sensitive. The only people who knew that were Zoey and Nate who would call her on her bs if she said "everything's fine." They knew it wasn't. Everyone else however figured Stella let everything roll of her shoulders but man were they wrong.
Right now Stella was pretty emotional. She needed a friend right now and once she got the text from her best friend Zoey Richardson, she immediately perked up. They were going to have one of their famous sleepovers. Stella wiped away her secretive tears with her sleeve of her gray hoodie and started to prepare her room for the sleepover. She made up her bed and put two sleeping bags down on the floor, got all of the go to snacks, and made cups of hot chocolate. God knows these two girls would need some hot chocolate and Stella was probably the best person to get it from for free. Starbucks couldn't even compare to them. Stella lit her vanilla flavored candle in her room and sat on her bed with her iPod on full blast.
Stella grabbed her phone about to text Zoey as she turned off her music, but then she heard her mother answer the door to let Zoey in. She heard her friend's footsteps approach her room and saw her come in. Zoey looked dissheveled and extremely upset. Usually she was perky and upbeat never letting anything get her down. "Zoey!"

Zoey needed to be around Stella right now, she always did when she felt so out of place and confused. She was always the happiest of the bunch, but when she was down, she never knew what to do with it. How did people handle drama? She had never been a part of it until high school, which frightened her because she was starting to believe that high school would only continue to worsen. She smiled at the sight of her best friend and hugged her back tightly, almost not wanting to let go, but the short hug definitely helped. It was nice to feel the warmth and comfort from someone you cared and loved so much. She pulled away too and followed suit, sitting beside Stella on her bed. This was her second favorite place in the world, Stella’s bedroom. Her first, was her own, of course, but her second was this bedroom right here, it had been almost like her second home.
She looked down at her hands and her shoulders sank, she brought her hand up to her face and wiped it, in case she missed some tears. ”Me neither,” she sniffled, ”I know, I really really like him, Stella,” she looked up at her best friend and frowned. ”He’s always been sooo sweet to me and he’s even more so now that we’re dating,” she bit her bottom lip, ”I’m sorry for how Brady snapped at you… he’s…. going through his detoxing… and he’s being irrational.. just try to ignore him for now please?” she looked at her in desperation. ”Nate made me promise not to go near him until all of it was completely out of his system,” she informed Stella and sighed. ”I miss my brother though,” she said in a light tone and her eyes landed on two cups of hot chocolate. ”Please tell me one of those are mines?” she tilted her head up with a light smile, really needing the chocolate comfort.
