Rylee Rae Carter is a former child star. She has appeared in countless movies and televisions shows. Her real passion is singing though and up until a year ago, she was signed under one of the top labels in Montreal. Having graduated high school at seventeen, and at the same time giving up acting, she had been focusing on her music career for the past three years. Since she was dropped, she decided to go to college to major in music and producing. She chose a small school in hopes she wouldn't be recognized from her movies. She has never let fame get to her head and is one of the most down-to-earth people there is. She is extremely sweet and friendly. Being new to Velocity, Rylee is in need of FRIENDS. Because she is so grounded and nice, I see her making a lot of friends. she can relate to almost anyone, not matter their age. She is extremely loyal to her friends. I don't see her having a lot of ENEMIES, but everyone has them. I see her enemies being people who know of her child star past and judge her based on it. As far as LOVERS go, I am extremely open. Rylee was always busy acting or singing to have a boyfriend and while she dated, it never went beyond the first date.

He'd want to tap that, to be honest. He's not as much of a douche as he seems but he is at the same time... Like I don't know how to explain Kayden. He's a dick but he can be nice when he wants. He probably wouldn't even recognize her from her child star days and I do think they could get along well.

sammy && rylee

I think these guys would be cute friends. He's twenty one and raising his four year old brother. He's a mechanic and he's just super sweet and always willing to have a laugh or pull someone away from their drama for a few hours. I think they should be best friends and maybe something more?

caspian && rylee

Caspian is a singer, and a wonderful one at that. They could probably meet through that. He's wanting to get famous and he's very musically inclined.

brady && rylee

Brady is starting a duo with Lily and he's getting more and more famous for his singing on youtube. He goes by B-Rad on there so that his parents don't find out he's on youtube but I think maybe she could critique him a bit?
