Xavier tapped his fingers along the table in the booth he was sitting in as he waited patiently for Anna to arrive. He offered to pick her up, but she refused and just wanted to meet up with him, which was understandable. Both menu’s and glasses of water were placed on the table for them, but Xavier didn’t bother looking at the menu just yet. Plus, he already knew what he wanted. He was kind of excited for this little lunch meeting thing, he hadn’t really seen Anna in awhile, especially alone. They had texted a few times and both knew that whenever the other needed them, they were there. He liked this new friendship he had with her, even if they didn’t get to see each other a lot, it was nice to have something good come out of their past.

He had a small bag beside him, which contents were a gift to Anna, which he had been meaning to give her. He hadn’t seen her with her full baby belly yet, so he was definitely looking forward to that. Every time he spoke to her though through texting, she had definitely sounded like she matured and he was really happy for her. It was a little strange that she ws pregnant, especially since she had been pregnant before with his own baby, but everything obviously happened for a reason and both of them were in really good places in their lives. He was even happy to hear that she graduated high school, he had tried his best to assist her when she was behind so much and had no determination to get her stuff together, but she did it, just like he told her she would.
